Its primary function is to detect and record vessel behavior within specific critical areas (geofencing) and notify operators if security protocols are violated, allowing for a swift response. This system operates separately from AIS and Radar.
SEAGULL Surveillance offers vessel identification and classification, recognizes sailing direction, and provides speed measurements, live camera streams, a fully automated logbook, real-time alerts for rapid responses, geofencing, and third-party reporting capabilities.
Current monitoring systems like AIS and radar cannot track every water movement, especially ships without active transponders or leisure boats, which can easily go unnoticed. Seagull Surveillance utilizes image recognition and works independently from other data sources, effectively covering the gaps and registering all activities.
